neue Publikation des CAS: “CAS-Bulletin”

ASDas CAS veröf­fentlicht den bis anhin nur eingeschränkt ver­füg­baren CAS Newslet­ter ab sofort als “CAS Bul­letin” auf sein­er Web­site. Das CAS Bul­letin beschäftigt sich in erster Lin­ie mit der Recht­sprechung des CAS (vgl. die Mit­teilung des CAS). Die erste Aus­gabe, CAS Bul­letin 1/2010, ist seit gestern abruf­bar (pdf). Es ist wie fol­gt aufgebaut:
